In June of this year, Asociación Manos Amigas continued with the training and workshops of the Textile Project, benefiting 25 people from vulnerable communities. During the month they developed the theme “My mind and my emotions”. In addition, they continued with the technical part, making textile products.
The NGO received donations of medicines from Fundación San Nicolás and Laboratorios Suizos, who supplied the Miraflores Clinic located in San Luis Talpa, La Paz. At the same time, it also received support from the María Olimpia Escobar Association, which provided medical and cleaning materials and supplies.
Continuing with the support to the community, Manos Amigas together with Asociación de Desarrollo Comunal Miraflores 3 y 5 ADESCOMI, improved the access to the Miraflores Community, with the application of gravel, thus preventing respiratory diseases.
